Centerpiece ø 28 cm with landscape

Bowl with foot called “alzata” hand painted with vegetable elaborations on white majolica.

In the decoration of this piece, the blue color is applied with a brush tip, after having surrounded the drawing, to fill the free spaces. Flowers are illuminated designs that require many hours of work and great decorative precision.

Inside the bowl a scene with a rural landscape is painted, inspired by ancient paintings: on the river bank some figures converse quietly, in harmony with the surrounding benevolent nature.

This centerpiece is a unique piece.

Dimensions of the Raphaelesque centerpiece: height 12.5 cm, bowl diameter 28 cm.
