Centerpiece flower box, cm 52

Large and very elaborate ceramic centerpiece. Flower arrangements can be created in this large center for sumptuous decor.

The shape is made by treading the earth with the hands in an ancient mold, with two “Raphaelesque” sphinxes on the sides. After the first firing, the centerpiece was glazed with majolica, decorated with golden twigs subsequently surrounded by blue to fill the bottom.

In the central cartouches two sketches are painted against the backdrop of a romantic landscape.

Inside, the decoration fills the edge, so as not to let the white glimpse if left empty.

This piece is unique: in case of production of another piece of the same shape, it is our care to change the decoration.

Dimensions of the Raphaelesque centerpiece: 52 x 24 cm – height 35.5 cm.
