Nativity Scene 22×26 cm

Representation of the Nativity, hand-painted ceramic panel in relief.

It is a veritable Nativity scene depicting the Holy Family – Joseph, Mary and the baby Jesus – in the cave with the ox and the donkey, on them the comet and the Angel in Glory watch over, also around palm trees and three sheep.

Painted in soft colors, majolica enhances the relief of the figures with its sheen.

Dimensions of the Nativity: base 22 cm, height 26 cm, thickness 5.5 cm.

(The white glows on the majolica are due to the reflection effect of the photograph)
